Keeping your studio equipment in great condition helps create a more polished client experience and supports the long-term performance of your Allegro 2 Reformers. A little routine maintenance can go a long way in helping your Reformers move smoothly, look professional, and function as intended, class after class.

Here are a few simple things to check regularly.

Check Your Springs

Springs are essential to the feel and function of your Reformer. Over time, repeated use can affect spring tension, consistency, and durability.

We recommend replacing Balanced Body Signature Springs after approximately 3,000 hours of use to help maintain consistent resistance and reduce the risk of breakage.

Not sure how to estimate your usage? Use this simple formula:

Hours used per day x days open per week x 52 = estimated yearly usage

For example, if your studio uses a Reformer 6 hours per day, 6 days per week:

6 x 6 x 52 = 1,872 hours per year That means your springs may need to be replaced in less than two years, depending on usage.
