Hilary Rogers

Hilary discovered Pilates in 1997 to help with low back pain when working too many hours sitting at a desk as a recruiter for a top management consulting firm.  She enjoyed the challenge, precision, and concentration of the method so much that she left the corporate world in 2002 to follow her passion for Pilates and share better movement with others.  She has since studied various movement methods and worked with many amazing Pilates teachers in Southern California, the Chicagoland area, and the greater Sacramento area. She is the owner of The Pilates Twist in Folsom, CA, a PMA® Certified Pilates Teacher, a Balanced Body® Master Trainer, and graduate of Lolita San Miguel’s Master Mentor Program.
