Robert Yap

Bob was born and raised in Connecticut and was a competitive swimmer since the age of 8yrs old and competed through college. While swimming continues to remain a big part of his life, Bob's main passion is road cycling and taking long solo rides on weekend mornings. In between swimming and cycling (and golf), he trains with Alexa Capuano at Black Rock Pilates Studio (www.blackockpilates.com) in Bridgeport, CT. Bob is a resident of Fairfield, CT and works in New York City.
