Alexa has been in the health and wellness industry for almost 20 years. She was a Personal Trainer, Yoga teacher and Group Fitness Instructor before being introduced to Pilates. Alexa feels Pilates brought all the missing pieces she had not been able to find with other forms of movement together. Her mission is to spread Pilates and its benefits to as many people as possible, especially those that traditionally feel excluded from this method.
