Nicky Lal works with dancers and high performing athletes in the NFL, NBA, and MLB. Based in Los Angeles and Miami, her focus is on helping athletes improve strength, mobility, and recovery while preventing injury. Through her tailored programming she is able to honor the individual needs of elite performers. 

This month she is joined by linebacker, Eric Kendricks. Eric is in his 11th year with the NFL and has notable performances with the Vikings, Chargers, Cowboys, and most recently the 49ers.

In this short workout Nicky and Eric work to gain mobility through the legs, ankles, and feet, while being mindful of previous injuries to Eric’s hamstrings, adductors, and recurrent hip pain.
