She is the Co-founder of .body//HACK: fitness education, an award-winning provider of health and movement certifications across the Middle East and Asia. A two-time Olympian in synchronised swimming, Heba has channeled her discipline and passion into teaching and mentoring students, earning accolades such as Educator of the Year (Silver, 2023) and Women’s Health Next Fitness Star (2014). She is a Z-Health Master Trainer, Neuroscience Coach and creator of the NeuroPilates certification program, specializing in integrating neuroscience and movement.
