Trey Fry

Trey began practicing the Pilates Method in the late nineties and has been teaching since 2003. He holds multiple Pilates certifications spanning the classical breadth of the work. Deeply informed by somatic work, anatomy, and biomechanics, Trey is also a Level III Franklin Method® educator. Dedicated to upholding the integrity of the traditional body of work, his approach in teaching is to fully and intuitively honor the unique body in front of him, give each person what they need, and use the Pilates Method to return his students to profound health in body, mind, and spirit.
